For claims under this option, Tramigo requires that failure follows only reasonable and normal use of the equipment. Where product is used for purposes or in environments for which it was not designed, Tramigo reserves the right to levy our standard repair charge. Tramigo’s decision on whether to accept product under warranty will be final. For devices accepted for repair, the Customer covers the cost of shipment to Tramigo.
